| GreatEvilEmpire 05/10/17 8:14:48 PM #1: | The (reported) unemployment rate is the lowest in years. Automation hasn't taken many jobs. In fact, automation has created jobs over the last few decades. In our imaginary world, technology advance faster than in reality. Movies give people a false impression of what the future is like. The day when automation actually start taking jobs instead of creating is probably still many decades away. There is no immediate threat from automation, just a bunch of fear mongering.
