He's a villain that replaced and encased various parts of his body with self contained ecosystems that allow him extreme flexibility and durability. Almost any point on his body can sprout some sort of weapon: from flamethrowers, knives, pressure cannons, etc. Each of his component parts can be swapped out so he can maintain the advantage against any opponent or set of powers he anticipates fighting. --- You've fought the strongest, the second strongest, the fourth strongest, and the weakest master!
