Those articles are based on mostly feeling and not biology. They're referring to brain structure which, believe it or not, has no bearing on your biological sex. How you feel doesn't change that. A gay man may feel feminine but that doesn't change the fact that he is a man
Those articles deal with gender identity
So why are you conflating it with sex
OhhhJa posted...
Also yes i understand that gender and sex aren't the same thing. There are people seriously proposing the idea that sex is fluid though. It's not
Again you're really not showing any level of understanding the difference
Idk it seems like you're the one incapable of understanding the difference.
I don't think he's understanding the problem. Other people are trying to claim the sex is fluid now which makes actually no sense. The closest argument i can think of for it is that you can have unfortunate chromosome match ups like XXY but in this case the person is still biologically male just infertile (and with a slew of other medical problems.) However, claiming this makes biological sex a spectrum is implicitly claiming that being infertile makes said person not quite a male which just sounds demeaning more than anything.
Unless he's trying to claim that intersex existing turns biological sex into a "spectrum." Which is still wrong because intersex really just makes it a line with 3 points more than anything.
Lately I haven't been able to tell if you agree or disagree with me Chaos. You quote me and I agree with you but idk it seems like you're also disagreeing. Help.
