First of all, time travel. Really? In Aquaman? No one wanted that. No one cares about a missing sunken city of Atlantis. It's been done to death. They've all been missing, and they all sank at some point. And secondly, his unwillingness to ever learn about modern Atlantean culture irritated people to no end.
