Note: Brackets lock in about 5 days, time to start finalizing your choices- please don't post until you're pretty confident you won't be switching any winners. (And post your tiebreaker.)

I'd imagine everyone knows the drill by now, but just in case we have any newcomers- it's the Guru Challenge! Whoever makes the best bracket on Board 8 gets praised in everyone's signature for two weeks after the conclusion of the Contest and also gets to pick one entrant for the next bracket that everyone else will support (for instance, any fictional character of your choosing for 2018). Pretty cool, right?

By posting your bracket in this topic you're agreeing not only to compete this season but also to honor the two points from above if someone else outpicks you. It also means you'll get to track your progress against everyone else during the season on the Guru website. Here's the final standings from 2015, to give you an idea what that looks like.

There's full breakdowns not only on every individual bracket but also every match. For instance here were our picks for what game was going to do battle with Ocarina for the title of Best Game Ever two years ago.

Bracket entry is pretty simple this time around since it's just years. I recommend making a copy of the below section and editing in your own picks, with a space between the wildcards and then each of the five rounds.
