Topic	The Walking Dead more like 'we tricked grown men into watching a soap opera'

Biggest reason that I can't get into the walking dead is that it's still so difficult for me to believe that Zombies would shut down the entire world. the two huge factors in TWD are 1. In that Universe zombies are not part of any work of fiction so this was entirely new to them 2. Everybody is infected, so if you choke on a pretzel and die you'd become a zombie. Which I don't think has been ever done before. This just leads to a shit ton of trouble The first one doesn't strike me as anything that would prevent a coordinated fight, and the second one, that doesn't work because it becomes a pretty simple matter of immediate incineration.
