Also, apparently he really does believe we're supposed to pander to people who say the worst shit. Freedom of expression for people who say blatantly incorrect things is more important than the freedom of expression for those who criticize them.
It's more of the "Criticism is censorship" bullocks.
Also, why is it that conservatives can say "an entire group of people is violent and evil for belonging to that class so we should make sure that we destroy them" and these people will rush to their defense, but when someone says "You're a bad person for saying that", they go on the offensive? You'd think that they'd be all for defending people's rights to offensive opinions, including the offensive opinion that people who say bad things are bad people.
Because the people rushing to their defense are also conservative. ---
