Done this a million times but its a fun time waster so whatever

My ratings pretty much mean this

10, 9, and 8 are all releases I'd consider among my very favorites
7 and 6 are good and I enjoy listening to them, but they're flawed or inconsistent in ways
5 and 4 range from relatively boring to slightly annoying. They can be easily tuned out usually and might even have a few good tracks but are not something I would put on for my own choosing
3, 2, and 1 I can't stand in any way

Just a few guidelines

You can list as many bands/artists as you want, it'll just take me longer to get to the more you post
I will not rate anything I have not heard in full. If I have just heard a few songs from an artist here and there that is not something I can properly judge.
This is just my opinion. Not in any way, shape, or form a statement on the quality of the music, just how much I personally enjoyed it. Don't take this very seriously, just be civil.
Don't be afraid to go obscure. I know a lot from various genres and eras, though I have clear biases (for example, I'm big on post-punk but have a hard time getting into modern hip hop)
Classical recordings are harder to rate but just list the composer and I'll rate their releases that I've heard that have been compiled in an album like format.
