You have shout and Arc Blast so I'd add Ramza and Vaan in your party, you also have Edge's Red Jacket which is also really good. You'll want a healer BSB if you're going to go after Ultimates but seems like the only one you have is Tiny Bee, so you'll probably have to rely on Y'shtola's Medica II for the time being. Looks like you'll have to RW Wall since you lack Sentinel's Grimoire and Stoneskin II.

Abilities you should have and hone are lifesiphon/wrath for SB building, Ultra Cure, Gaia's Cross, Banishing Strike, Shellga/protectga, Dismissal, Full Break and Multi Break. And try to r2 Chain ____ga's for black mages.

Motes are little collectable orbs you get from events that you can use to permanently power up your level 65+ characters, they're usually stat boosts but sometimes when given enough motes a character can use new/higher * skills, equip new weapons or get status resists. Getting 4* motes is difficult though since the main ways to get them are from mote dungeons or d200+ multiplayer bosses.
