I used to rag on sushi, then I actually had good stuff. It's fucking amazing and I wish I could eat more of it (helps that it's fucking cheap around my town. Like $12-15 for 2 rolls? Hell yeah!)

That's NOBU though. You're also paying for atmosphere. Personally I like hole in the wall sushi and ramen joints myself. However for fusion they always want atmosphere.
That makes more sense. I honestly don't go out to sushi for the atmosphere, though. Usually it's to try out whatever crazy shit they got for half off. ---
