That's what concerns me about the south. The people there. I'm sure there are nice peopel everywhere. Even in Worcester it's hard to find people like me. I don't see a huge divide though. More because of age though and just how I grew up. Where I grew up was just nice "normal" people whatever that is. Some of the stuff I see in these clicky cities is just bizarre to me. there is some of that in worcester but mostly it's just poor people and college kids and then a mix of whatever. Providence is more upscale but has no economy and has more of a hipster scene. That's not me either. Some stuff down south is just weird to me. In california too. I've worked with people from different places but usually they are the more normal ones. intelligent and good people but normal whatever that means. Some of us also aren't though. A lot of the people I've known have done really good things in this world.

Massachusetts is where it all started. A lot of people in other parts of the country are farther out there lol. Am I wrong?

I grew up in a small town around Northampton and Amherst. Whatever stereotype that is I don't think there is one. Classic new england small town usa. best place in the world imo.
