It will also be beneficial, because people will look for work that is beneficial to THEM and agrees with their values. More creative work will be accomplished, because creativity isn't created in high stress situations or when you're unhappy, which is created by normal, menial work. So we will have a society that will have more "free" time for them to use to do what they want to do. Will people sit around and do nothing? Sure, there are already millions that do that. But what about active and social people? They will look to create work that will create utility to people.
