Why not overbook a decent number of seats so this kind of stuff rarely happens? And if it rarely happens, they could afford to pay a shitload of actual cash to passengers in the rare times it actually happened. How come say, Air France or KLM don't feel the need to kick people out of their seats and beat the shit out of them routinely just like US airlines do?
