Eh I love them all so damn much that I'm sad no matter what that any of them is dead last.

But by technicality, it would have to be P3's that ends up in the last.

For one thing, part of what makes him cool isn't himself, it's the plotline surrounding him. He's more dragged into the plotline than anything, and he sort of ends up as an anti-messiah by accident due to carrying the harbinger of the end of the world inside of himself, but then he becomes an actual messiah when he sacrifices his soul to keep Nyx sealed away from Erebus in a legitimate tearjerker.

Narukami, on the other hand, is a memetic bad-ass who starts off as a fairly boring individual (but then that's kinda how they're all supposed to start) but rises into a heroic leader. The fact that he ends up having some hilarious lines even in the game helps, too. The anime just made him even better.

Joker... I haven't finished watching P5, but I voted for him because, holy hell, you're really dragged into his world playing as him. The devs did a good job giving him a personality without making the player feel railroaded, he has some amazing facial expressions, and he manages to have even better lines than Narukami did.

Still, I wouldn't mind seeing him meet Narukami. It'd be interesting to see how the meeting goes, and it'd be the first time (outside of the first two games since I'm not too knowledgable about their plotlines) where two different Fools actually meet.
