She acted pretty neutral afterwards. SO I asked her what her intentions were and she said shes no looking for anything more than a friend at the moment. Weeks later it just kinda fizzled. We dont talk anymore. But she still looks at my snap stories.

Yeah... in the nicest way possible I'd say move on. Reality is you're getting hung up on a girl you kissed and went on a few dates with. It's not like you were fucking her for a few weeks/months and hoped it could be something more then fizzled out, but she still sends "I miss you" texts and leads you on but doesn't make time for you.
