Kim Jong-Il was a legitimate threat and one of the most modern fascist dictators that existed within even in our lifetime. Actually, they were all based off of claims that Kim Jong-Il passed around, and Kim Jong Un simply inherited it. Kim Jong Un never claimed he completely beat Dennis Rodman in basketball in some ridiculous score.
