People aren't mocking him for his disorders, they're mocking him because he acts obnoxious and claims he's really smarter than everyone. Wouldn't that behaviour possibly fall within the spectrum of abnormal behaviour of someone with problems? Again I'm not an expert on this stuff, but it doesn't feel right to play along, so to speak. Possibly, but it's not on the users here to know the intricacies of this guy's disorders.
