This is going to sound stupid, but I don't know what "love" is I guess. When it comes to these types of problems I question myself...do I REALLY need to be dealing with this? I feel myself caring less and less. When we're on good terms I think positive thoughts like she does a lot for me, she's been on my side this long, etc. That sounds more like convenience to me than love. Love is complicated, but in general it means that you care about someone so much that you commit to yourself to building a strong relationship with them. You are happy with them. Love is an action as well as a feeling. Even in tough times you still love that person. To me, it sounds like all you care about with this woman is that she pays your bills gives you a roof over your head.
