At 90, I hit a wall but dug deep and found 15 more. I definitely have minor muscle soreness today.

this is straight undeniable fact i'm telling you here. if after months of no training you actually did 105 "pushups" in one day (already a suspect claim) and all you feel the next day is "minor muscle soreness", you weren't doing real pushups, you were just doing bullshit.

tell you what, wait until that minor soreness goes away and then do a set of real pushups, i'm talking back straight like a board, hands shoulder-width apart, eyes on the wall in front of you, from fully extended arms in the up position to an inch off the floor in the down position, and see how quickly you fall off. i'd put good money up that you couldn't break 20.

but hey, if you want to keep doing bullshit form cop-out "pushups" which serve you no physical fitness benefit so you can prop up your fragile ego and brag about your non-achievement to fucking gamefaqs of all places, you do you lol
