No. 12I recently started a concentrated effort to lose weight and have done just a few things: - no pop - no alcohol - lower calorie breakfast - making sure to bring a lunch every day so I don't eat out and including things like veggies for snacks - exercising even a little bit a day. I'll allow myself some leeway on the alcohol on weekends, but yeah.
