Just been kind of a drag because it's been 5 weeks since I was told I got the new position. Hiring took 3 weeks, and HR has a really, uh...questionable?...policy where someone can't start until two weeks from the day they accept an offer. Aaaannnnd, my manager negotiated a deal with my soon-to-be manager that I wouldn't transition until two weeks after my replacement's start date.
