You sit down and see drinks are already on the table.

"Hope you don't mind, we ordered a round of cola for the table," Robin says.

"Cola's always good," you say.

You put a straw in your glass and take a long sip.

"Everything alright?" Raven asks quietly.

"I'd answer 'yes' but I'm sure your Empathy would see through it," you say.

"It's about 'that', isn't it?"

"Yes, but we can talk later," you say. "I wouldn't want it spoiling our appetites."

Raven nods and sips her own glass of soda.

"So who were you talking to on the phone?" Robin asks.

"Also how did you get it to be a projection?" Cyborg asks.

"Oh those were just my sisters," you say, "Rebecca and Roselind. And the projection is possible because it's a 'Magi-Phone', an invention of my grandfather's."

"How come our communicators don't have projection abilities?" Beast Boy says.

"Because they aren't magic," Cyborg says.

"You should still try to make them be able to project," Beast Boy says as Gino the waiter appears with large platters of pizza.

"Here you go," Gino says as he sets them down. "Three meat pizza, and three cheese pizza for Beast Boy."

You marvel at the fresh, greasy pepperoni and bacon bits. Everyone digs in, pulling slices from the whole and letting the melty, gooey cheese become strings. You plop your slice down on the little plate in frnot of you and lick the grease off your fingers. You wipe your fingers with a napkin and then pick your slice back up to take a bite.

"You were right before," you say, "this is even better fresh. I wasn't sure it was possible but it was."

"You fold it?" Beast Boy says as you take another bite.

"Mhm," you nod as you chew; you take time to chew and then swallow before continuing. "I didn't travel through Italy on my personal travels, but my family has spent holiday there many times. We learned that the 'proper' way to eat a slice of pizza is to fold it, so as to prevent it from drooping."

"Oh...!" the group says.

Everyone folds their slices, and are mildy amazed at how the ends no longer limply hang down.

"So," Beast Boy says as he bites into his folded slice. "You've been to Italy, and parts of Europe, and China and Japan, but have you been anywhere else?"

"The family and I have taken trips to various tropical locations," you say. "Hawaii, the Caribbean, and even Aruba."

"Sweet!" he says through cheesy teeth.

"I wish we could take the vacation," Starfire says. "It would be so wonderful if we could take a trip to the hot spring planet of Norivon."

"Hot springs, huh?" Robin says.

"Hmm..." you say.

Raven looks at you, you stop thinking what you were thinking.

"So I'd been meaning to ask since you two got back from your road trip," Robin says, "but you two went through Santa Cruz and Hollywood, right?"

"Right," you say. "Oh, we should've mentioned that we met Aqualad while in Santa Cruz. He says 'hello'."

"Right," Raven says. "He tracked down a villain by the name King Shark, and we helped him apprehend them."

"Whoa," Beast Boy says. "What was King Shark like?"

"Oh he was a hulking monster with the arms and legs of a man but the rest of him was a shark, including the rows of razor sharp teeth," you describe. "But the three of us handled him pretty well."
