Winter. It's a hassle & danger to walk without slipping on/drive without sliding on black ice. It's annoying to have to shovel, and then it's possible that within a hour or 2 it's like you did nothing. Snowplows may or may not come down streets, which can be a hassle either way(one comes and sure the streets are cleared, but your car on the street or driveway may get blocked in with snow....and if one doesn't come then it's hell to navigate the street). It's cold as hell outside, and you just have to freeze if you're waiting for a bus, or clearing off your car, or walking somewhere. And the salt that is put down destroys the streets in the long run, as well as rusts out your car.
