I'm also very flirty with the couple of gay buddies I have. I find the flirting part enjoyable because I can separate my emotions and just have fun (flirting with girls usually contains a motive). But unfortunately I did hurt a friend who believed I was going to go further with him. One could see that as me being confident in my sexuality.
