When I buy it I usually get 12 or so cartons at a time and it usually takes me a month to go through it, never had it spoil. Longest I've ever had an unrefrigerated carton was a couple mos. before putting it in the fridge to drink, no problems.Im sure it would last even longer but that's my experience.
