"Oh, thats crazy why would he do that" is completely different because they follow up on what is being discussed, but just flat out "Oh" means she doesnt care to talk. You guys will probably break up soon. My advice is just dont talk to her, wait for her to initiate a conversation, if she doesnt just stop talking to her.
