I kinda wish they'd just auto-send you to bed on the days when you can't do anything else. I always try to do at least one thing first, and for some reason the context-sensitive button is bad at detecting when I'm near the bed so I walk around mashing X like an idiot.

The only thing I've found you can do is put fertilizer on the plant in your room on those days, but it seems like a waste for just that so maybe there's more later or they just thought you would want to talk to Morgana before bed for the OCD people who gotta see all the text.
