The only thing stopping me before was the Chris flavor + Untargetable.

Flavor because Chris said it'd be unlikely he was on a safe list. Untargetable I just didnt want to risk lynching day 1, since that'd be a huge power role for town. Well, sort of. Town Ulti would have screwed it up by claiming it before scum can waste shots on him

I know nothing about Mercs, so I have to rely on others for that, yes. Chris and Kanz seem knowledgeable in particular.
And to intercept your next question - no, that doesnt mean I trust them completely as Town. I've already made some posts against Chris. Like Kanz as Town a lot more though
