A student in college can job hop easily without many questions asked if he/she is a good student with people skills. Most employers can immediately tell that they won't be around for long, but will consider them an investment because it's monkey labor-- what they really care about is the customer service because that's a special package that occurs as soon as they're hired. If you're a manager who job hops, each job had better be an improvement over the previous or it might raise a few eyebrows. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
