He has one of the biggest skillsets, best overall physical stats and his Level 99 Record Materia lets you do fast cast Full Charges for the first few turns so Orlandeau is a bad example. A better example would Kain who's much more of a relic dependant character to be viable, but there's more good relicless characters than there dependant ones (unless you count cores, but they don't have good relic skills anyway) Also we get new 5 star skills pretty frequently in recent events so it's not like you hit a wall there either. --- http://i.imgur.com/MDYrnop.png LOL!!!!
