Granted you're pretty limited to the 15 selected but it's something guaranteed. Through the whole reason they do the random gacha system is because the game is free to play and they have to make the money somehow. Most people would just get the top tier stuff like Orlandeau OSB, Cid Raines BSB, Cloud USB ect and not bother drawing much otherwise.
