Not a terrible idea but I have seen many bitter feuds ramp up once animal control gets involved. well i mean what else can you do if they don't keep control of their animal and the landlord won't replace the fence? now obviously all that is worst case scenario. i'm sure the neighbors will (hopefully) be reasonable and just leash up their dog when it's back there but if nothing gets done and the dog keeps getting over i don't see any other option than to involve the authorities somehow. --- http://i.imgur.com/4ihiyS2.jpg "I am not gay!
