Topic	Thirty years of video games -- a transience retrospective.

I was there when Zelda 1 came out, and if you weren't there it's hard to describe how insanely big it was back then. I wouldn't put it on a personal list as #1 or anything, but the case can easily be made for it being the best game ever. People don't understand the shadow Mario 1 cast on everything else in the 80s. I'm 35 so some of my fondest early video game memories are of Zelda.
