If anything, I feel like Zill's betrayal robbed her of the chance to eventually make her own decision, which is a shame because I would've loved to see what it was. I guess I'm more disappointed with the missed opportunity than I am with Nay. Making the decision for her was too easy. Tabou could be considered an excuse in that situation too. She'd feel horrible betraying Ion to get her body back, but doing it to save Tabou would be a good justification.
