Glad to hear that Japanese subtitle problem has been fixed, apparently!

Well... things went wrong very quickly. I figured Nero would come back somehow, but that happened a lot faster than I was expecting. I'm sure Ar nosurge will deal with this, but aren't they all completely screwed now? The portal is closed and they have zero energy left because Nero used it all. Where in the world do they go from here? And why did Nay's voice change when she got the vocal cords even though Ion's didn't?

As for the majority of the videos after that... eh. I'm actually more angry at Nay now than I was before. She had conflicting emotions, sure, but she was still firmly on the anti-Ion team until the exact moment she realized Zill wasn't actually going to help her. Coming to like Ion wasn't the real reason she switched sides, she just added Zill to the list of people she didn't like anymore. I preferred Nay's story before these blanks were filled. I already had enough information to guess most of her story so it hasn't told me anything major, and what little new information I've received has made me like Nay considerably less.

Kanon's memories have been a lot better so far, but it did make me like Clacket a lot less as well. Actually seeing him lure in orphans for freaky experiments is kind of messed up. Cosal at least wasn't the mastermind and he felt enough shame to recognize his mistake and apologize later on. Clacket just went into hiding and made silly foods, completely shrugging off the fact that he basically murdered 228 orphans and changed the 229th orphan forever. Basically, Ion and Kanon are eternally forgiving saints so I'm getting angry at Nay and Clacket for them.

I'm sure the answer to this is coming in the final videos, but I'm still not sure why these memories are such a big deal. How does filling these slight blanks in Nay and Kanon's stories help Ion escape her present situation?
