Cooking 5 raw prime meat makes a meat skewer that sells for 210 rupees, and cooking 5 gourmet meat makes a meat skewer that sells for 490 rupees. Really easy to just run through with a horse, hop off and fire an arrow, pick up the meat, and make some big money while exploring a bit. Raw Gourmet meat, there's a repeatable quest for someone at one of the stables, they'll buy it for 100 rupees each. Better than cooking them together slightly, anyway.
