She's supposed to be drawn to be a very normal little girl, but the anime makes her out to be too psychotic with that bizarre black eyelash thing. The LN art and the manga art are definitely more fitting to her character. And yeah her assistant's eyes are just fucking weird. She's also drawn really normally in other media, but it still exudes innocence to subvert Tanya's commands. Considering the subject of looks come up often in writing, I think they kinda dropped the ball.
