I dont have much info to go on but it seems they plan to model it after a similar facility in Texas thats been operating for many years now. Those experiencing homelessness can stay indefinitely but after a time are expected to do something? I assume this means participation in programs and maybe helping around the facility or community. Habitat for Humanity expects receivers to participate in the construction of their future home. And at least when I was on unemployment at one point I had to actively job search and fulfill interviews. Whats the biggest level-headed concern here? Admittedly I am an optimist.

Also totally agree that housing itself is fucked up and way too expensive.
