I dunno where it was, a music venue in Europe maybe, but they had a problem with a shortage of restrooms to the point where there was a hill that guys would just line up on to pee and one year they tried to install a plastic trough to pull away the urine. But it's a hill, at an event where people are drunk, and people would literally fall and slide down the pee-soaked hill. There was even a de facto observation area above the hill where people could watch both the drunk people peeing and others falling down the hill.
