And it doesnt help that every wild Pokmon you catch past the midpoint of each game is always 15 levels beneath what your team is. however, it defeats the point of say, magicarp. There are some Pokmon meant to be garbage, but then evolve into something great. You should be forced to use them and swap them out. You should need to work for that reward. basically, keep the xp share, but have some Pokmon immune to it.
