Meatloaf is such a simple thing that tastes so damn good to me that it doesnt make sense. Ive never gotten tired of it and Im getting ready to turn 50. Ate it often growing up and as an adult Ive made it at least once a month if not twice a month the entire 21 years Ive been in this house.

I love a standard burger as well but meatloaf just hits different. And its such an easy meal to bring to work and heat up and slap between two pieces of bread for a delicious meal.
