Before they knew I had Crohn's, they put me on that diet and I couldn't stand it. I lost so much weight that I got sick. I was eating so little that I had to start drinking Ensure regularly just to make sure I was getting some nutrition in me. Yeah I truly feel bad for anyone that needs to do that permanently. I did it for a year and was borderline depressed at how little I could eat. There are things I miss with no gluten and dairy but it isnt too bad at this point and years of doing it.
