There were not, in fact, "fake headlines trying to do that" yesterday. There was misinformation almost immediately refuted, and the suspect, you'll notice, is not said to be trans or a Democrat yet. "I just thought there'd be an elaborate frame up" is not a good argument, just FYI. Maybe you should slow down, and do some thinking yourself instead of always assuming youre the smartest person in the room, and police everyones thoughts. "Police everyone's thoughts" and it's "answer things posted on a public forum."
