Topic	How bad is Star Trek The Next generation season 1?

I just finished "We'll always Have Paris" and stopped on the middle of "Conspiracy" last night. Good stuff. There is some cheesy episodes earlier in the season but they aren't unwatchable. Especially in season 1, Patrick Stewart really carries the entire show with his acting.
