Her speciality is tarot, and it is rumoured she has recently taken an apprentice. She may be stunningly beautiful, but those who oppose Lord Bison can never be forgiven!"

I really like Rose's appearance and watching her fight, but I've never been able to use her effectively and her backstory gives me a headache. She's her own person, but somehow she has part of Bison's soul? And Bison steals her body, but being murdered in her body frees Rose from his control? And Bison steals back his soul from her, but she seems fine afterwards and that may or may not have been a canon event? And also she may or may not be trapped in a time loop? ...Even by Street Fighter standards, her story is an incoherent mess.

And yet... I like her design so much that she kept getting moved up my list, to far greater heights than I could have ever expected. And I suppose I am drawn to the insanity of her backstory, to a point that I'm always interested in seeing what happens to her next. And all of her ties to Bison, along with her knowledge of the future, does make her a very easy character to work into any plotlines that occur... for being someone who I'll never actually play as, she's certainly a very high scoring character. - FluttershyPony
