Its a horse racing game where you make bets as the race takes place, with all betting cut off after 3 horses make it past a certain distance on the track. There are a ton of different variations to bet on and you get specific power ups/advantages that pertain only to you. You can play if with dice to manually move the horses along the track, or get an app that plays out the race on a video screen for you, letting you focus on betting.
