All the knuckles, usually I can get a few cracks in my back, stretching my arms way up usually gets a small crack from somewhere, doing a kick motion while holding my knee in place gets them to pop (relieving when they get stiff), and starting to squat down (or sometimes simply going down the stairs) gets my ankles to crack. Also stretching my jaw forward can sometimes make my right jawbone crack, but I don't do that unless it feels like it's gotten out of alignment a little. My neck used to crack by twisting it from side to side, but I think that's stopped as I've put on more muscle.
