Topic	So I went from around 4-600 mg of caffeine per day to < 100
Trumble 08/15/25 1:28:04 AM #22:	CRON posted... I'm currently giving up caffiene and nicotine cold turkey and this shit has been brutal. The only reason I was able to kick caffeine is because a while back I had a real bad stomach infection and basically couldnt drink or eat anything besides warm water or small amounts of milk for a few days, so had to go without caffeine.
