| Topic | I'm so tired of insomnia. |

"Severe" meaning "Without medication, I'm up for over 24 hours, no matter what." 36 hours is common. My medication has, thankfully, been fantastic, and I haven't built a tolerance to it. Even so, I'm sick of it. Every once in a while it doesn't work, and I'm up at 3 a.m. I'm not sure what to do. Apparently cases like mine are ludicrously rare.
