And she could have combated being tarred with inflation by separating herself from Biden more instead of saying things like she wouldn't have done anything different. It was like she wasn't trying at all at times and it was infuriating to watch her completely fumble the early lead she had. She won the people who were actually engaged and hearing that. It's people who were googling if Biden dropped out a week before the election that were the issue.
